Hi, I'm Dana, and my journey to founding Namaste Sober is rooted in my own path of recovery and healing. Yoga played a crucial role in my long-term sobriety, and I wanted to share that transformative power with others on similar journeys. While I originally thought I was stepping away from the business world, I found a way to blend my entrepreneurial spirit with my passion for wellness. Now, I’m here to help others find their own balance and well-beingre.
